SET-UP TIME:                      1 hour before presentation time.

Only 3 slots are available. You will be notified of current availability.

AV REQUIREMENTS:(Required)

We will provide you with the AV company’s information so you can confirm and pay them directly.

FOOD and BEVERAGES: Arrangements will be made, and we will notify you of the caterer’s information so you can confirm and pay them directly.

Complete the application below and submit. We will notify you of current availability - based on first come, first served. Upon receipt of confirmation, you will be requested to submit payment within 10 days.

PRODUCT THEATER FEE: $5,000.00 (five-thousand dollars) INCLUDING A COMPLIMENTARY DISPLAY TABLE.
By dating below, you agree to pay in full for the product theater fee, that will include a complimentary display table. Once we confirm availability for the product theater, a payment link will be provided to you at that time.
